Diploma thesis "US lobbyists in the EU: significance of home country regulation for lobbying behaviour in a less regulated environment" tackles the topic of lobbying in terms of comparing two differently regulated environments and the behaviour of lobbyists in these environments. In the introduction, the thesis analyses the current definitions and theoretical anchoring of the expert debate on lobbying, attempts to define this concept and to determine the basic research characteristics. The thesis attempts to describe why lobbying should be regulated and how is affected by lobbying transparency enhancement debate. Subsequently, the thesis describes and compares the regulation of lobbying in the United States and the European Union, while also taking into account international standards. The empirical part of the thesis is based on data provided by the American research center "Center for Responsive Politics". From this basic dataset, the companies and associations that lobby in the United States and the European Union, in particular, their basic documents and websites, are then researched based on established criteria. Making the image of women in company magazines

Internal communication is essential for every company. However it is not always perceived as such. Internal communication is a conveyor of information and company's values. It is based on corporate culture and it also influences in. It affects atmosphere and performance of the company, engagement and overall happiness of employees. It is also related to the rate of their fluctuation. Diversity, which is the key to the diversity of approaches and perspectives, is also comparatively important to the functioning of the company. Diversity brings more effective problem solving or team functioning. In this respect, companies should strive for gender equality in their working environment and take supportive initiatives to help women overcome barriers in the labor market. The Czech Republic is one of the worst-ranked countries in the European Union in terms of gender equality in the labor market. This diploma thesis deals with the interconnection of internal communication and topics related to promoting women in work and personal life. The aim of this thesis is to use qualitative research to find out how selected domestic companies work with these topics in internal communication.
Gender specifics of female entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and Russia

This bachelor thesis is focused on the female entrepreneurship phenomenon in two business environments. Female entrepreneurs from two different countries with relatively new market economies are compared according to their personal interviews. The author describes their experience, motivation for starting a business and difficulties they face. Their decision-making and leadership styles, the way how they define success are also examined. Cross-culturally, the majority of women entrepreneurs has the same motivation for starting a business and also tends to have the same problems trying to develop their business. Western models of entrepreneurship are also examined if can be utilized in the post-socialist countries. In conclusion all the results of the study are summarized, new possible directions for research on female entrepreneurship are put forward. Finally, improvement proposals for government entrepreneurship policies and business climate are presented.

This thesis is about the development of outsourcing in India, its cause and consequences. It also presents outsourcing in other countries and describes the cooperation between these countries and India. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether outsourcing in India is only a temporary matter or whether we are witnessing a development of an entirely new way of services that will radically define India's future. The thesis also examines the situation in partner countries, their relationship to India and their tendency to use outsourcing. There are also presented opinions of various specialists and other authorities dealing with this topic, too. I believe that these opinions would help the reader to form their own view.
